This English version is provided for information purposes only. The French version is the legally binding one.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Pitly, an online vehicle maintenance log service published by Lainup SAS. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Each account is personal.

3. Beta access

Pitly is currently provided as a free private beta. Access requires an invitation code. No paid subscription or payment method is currently available. Paid plans, if introduced, will be covered by separate terms communicated before any purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access or store unlawful content.

5. Liability

Pitly helps you track vehicle maintenance but does not replace manufacturer guidance or professional advice. The service is provided as is. Lainup SAS is not liable for indirect damage arising from its use. You should export your data regularly.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from My account. Lainup SAS may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lille, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
